Good bye 2006! Happy New Year 2007!! - Part I

New Year 2007 countdown at Vivocity with Derrick =) a memorable night. we were expecting to see some fireworks that night but sadly, we got no tickets to admit into the Star performance and we were standing at the wrong area of Vivocity. we could only hear the sound of loud fireworks. haha. how lame. when the crowd, along with us, realized we were standing at the wrong area, we hurried off to "chase" the fireworks like a nest of ants being sprinkled with water. all dispersing out from the deck and running around to catch the fireworks. haha if u know what I mean. it was rather funny. seeing Derrick drag my hand to and fro through the crowd to catch the fireworks. it was even a laugh when we saw a disappointed man carrying a huge camera and camera-stand waiting for the fireworks to light up. hahaha! the scene was real funny.
haha - this christmas tree photo is taken a little too late.. but still.. since it's still standing there.. why not? here we are in Vivocity - welcoming the new 2007!
I was shocked to see women as old as my ah mah at the Vivocity countdown!!
the crowd was scary!
behind derrick -- the Sweden ship docking at Harbour Front. it was a funny scene. Rich established people partying in the ship and miserable counting-down people looking at them partying while squeezing, sweating and standing at Vivocity. haha..
luckily Derrick and I arrived around 11.30pm! save us the squeezing!
