Merry Christmas to all ~!
kinda late but these photos below are meant for christmas.. haha sorry for the delay.. Christmas is a perfect time to spend with your family and closest friends. and yup. my christmas can never be without my dearest family! I've decided to cook up a festive dinner for them way before the christmas lightings were even up! Thankfully, the dinner went well and the foods were well-prepared and of cuz.. fabulous.. haha!
wow... look at the Christmas tree!! flooded with presents!! - real presents - the tree does look kinda plain.. but with all the presents ~ it just spice things up!
it's Christmas! how can we not have a big and heavenly Christmas dinner?! and of cuz!! I'm the one preparing and cooking all the dishes -- except for the stupid KFC chickens. Derrick was there to help me out with the BIG ROASTED CHRISTMAS CHICKEN too! he was really a GREAT help!
Dishes below are stir-fry vege ( I have to mix in a few chinese dishes so as to suit their natural oriental taste buds ) , fried sotong rings, BIG roasted honey chicken with boiled potatoes, BBQ salmon fish, cheese cocktail, baked corns, caesar salad and ... sigh... KFC fried chicken ( my sis requested on having that even though we had the big roasted chicken ) and mixed fried rice with bacons. all prouded prepared, cooked planned by ME !!! + Derrick too :D

Derrick's applying pink nail polish onto Wendy's toes.. she'll just sit there and wait patiently till he's done -- I seriously think it's women's nature to love looking good. haha! Wendy will wait patiently whenever we apply lip gloss for her too - it's just the woman nature growing inside her. haha! 
made this cake specially for dearest Derrick as he had craving for cakey-creamy-cake. So I thought of this creamy-cheesey strawberries chocolate cake. perfect combination I would say. it's really tasty! used real strawberries too!
Wendy's crazy over the movie, Chicken Little, and so her parents got her the T-shirt. once she wear the shirt she will just go "bird... bird... bird..." wherever she goes.. and when she sees the music video of Chicken Little she will start dancing to the music. cute!
one of my best pastries - Cinnamon Rolls . love it!
the process of making it is really tedious and time-consuming, but the satisfaction I got from all the positive comments and the great taste of the cinnamon rolls just overpower the tiredness and sweat.
slicing the dough.. an advice - it's much easier and nicer to use the thread to cut the dough through
freshly baked from the oven!!! the cinnamon cream oozed out of the bread and caramelized at the top. the fragrance of cinnamon penetrate the air and filled our lungs with the delicious home-baked essence.
A level's over... jobless... really bored with life.. haha.. so I got "forced" to watch Derrick play a basketball match.. nothing to do.. so I'll juz snap snap snap while the other smelly sweaty men were still preparing and there is Derrick showing off some of his skills..
nothing much.. weekends as per normal.
had sakura for dinner.. satisfied and happy. after that we headed down to Orchard Christmas lights for a drive -- or rather a jam. all these photos are dedicated to Peiling, my dearest sis! : )
after the heavy Sakura dinner, Dad took us to a night ride at Orchard road to take a look at this year's Christmas lighting.. kinda disappointed by the lights.. find it kinda.. low-class and cheapo looking.. the two previous years were better with all the white and blue colour scheme deco. this year? - kinda sucks..

sis got the Samsung D600 just 1 day after it was launched !!! trying to show off mine too.. so I just put it beside hers.. hahaha! 
just a slight difference in model number and the functions and qualities of D600 are SO MUCH better than D500. oh. and D500's camera sucks
lack of posts I know. my camera's flooded with loads of photos and I've got no time to upload them in the computer. lazy too. I think the photos date back to way before A Level ended. so sorry for the inefficiency. shall end with Wendy's photo. haha. will update soon!
currently working in Canon at Harbour Front. doing data entries. which means lots of computer work.. sigh.. that's one reason why I've not come online for very long. I'm seriously sick of staring at the computer screen after 9 hours of working in front of it. but life's been great. really. love it now. stressless. happy. money! haha! Derrick's been a very great boyfriend too. always there to fetch me after working, waiting in front of the fountains of Canon : ) my dearest!
