went cruising with family + rachel & wendy. The babies are enough to make us busy and eventful. Redang is beautiful! went Redang to snorkle too! blue blue sea and still-alive corals! Rachel -- just got on board the cruise after a day of shopping at Vivocity! haha! enjoying our cocktail and wine -- exclusive to Balcony Class passengers


and that's what she did for the whole cruise holiday. even spoil my room card bcuz of her excessive biting.Balcony room for all.. and baby cot for Rachel. she doesn't even like to sleep in there

Redang Marine Park

sis & I went to a Redang Marine Park to snorkle, the rest of the family went to Laguna Resort as the kids can't do anything at the Marine Park .. seems like Marine Park is nicer.

Redang Laguna Resort Took a small boat to Redang from our cruisedaddy shading wendy. afraid that she will be too tan. so sweet -

backed on board for dinner by the Pool! Great food! good atmosphere
and soothing music by the live band. The best moment on the cruise!
oh it's BBQ by the Pool. the spread was amazing. so many dishes and desserts

bought these souvenirs cuz I think we all look good here! got it "free" in fact becuz we had the Balcony Class points. bu yong bai bu yong! might as well put it to good use! haha happy noisy family! 5 females and only 2 men. imagine the noice we can make. with rachel doing her nonsensical blabbing and wendy singing non-existant songs. the three days were a mad fight with them. oh man, I do need a quiet recuperation.

Wrong move. I shouldn't slice the strawberries.. should cut them into cubes.. will be easier and neater for people to eat. sigh.

Got this recipe from Nigella Feast. damn good one. love it! but it’s an expensive cake.. haha.. the ingredients are costly.. fattening too!! full cheesy cream cheese chocolate cheesecake! wow.. there are hell lot of ‘C’s there.. hah!

in the oven - uses water-bath to bake cheesecake. whereby u put hot water on to the baking tray. suppose to be a pot with hot water and the cake set in it.. but.. my oven so small! and where to find such a big pot?! so.. i just put water on the baking tray.. hence…… my cheesecake has ugly crakes.. sigh…


still very rich, moist and chocolatey cheesecake. for people who dislike the strong cheesy taste, this chocolate flavoured one is enough to cover the overwhelming taste of cheese =)

here goes..

my sis was sitting under a tree outside Bishan's old NTUC.. something flopped down and landed on the ground. initially, she thought it was a fruit from the tree.. then that fruit started chirping and hopping around, thus caught her attention. haha.. and she brought THIS THING HOME in a plastic bag!!!! arh! a baby bird.. with thousands of FLEAS on it! trust me, you can't imagine the amount of fleas on it.. terrible ~ and this is the annoying kind of bird breed that piu piuu piuuuu EVERY MORNING without fail in my neighbourhood. if you know which bird I'm refering to. oh man. how I loathe that bird when I can only wake up late on weekends. and she brought one baby home. goodness. puppa was of cuz, mad and naggy over this thing. and, it can never replace my piggies. haha.. Thus, we gave it to my grand mama to take care of it.. we can't possibly bring it back to wild.. cuz the baby bird still has got no feathers to fly.. most likely cats like Brian's will eat the baby bird looks raw...

yuck... look at the red meat.. still very baby-ish she made me buy a tin of baby cereal, which we used to feed my previous Lovebird, for this thing. owells... it looks rather cute here with the furry bottom

xien lin and I went to watch Phantom of the Opera!! it’s really a must-watch musical!! my childhood musical~! weeee~!!! a dream came true!
Brad Little - the singer who portrays the Phantom. took photo with him!! held his hand!!! his hand on my shoulder!!!!! hahaha.. buttttt...
hurhurhur… it is good that he acts as the Phantom.. better that he has the mask on…
