as the title suggests, a muffin mixture with white chocolate chips in it, centered with a teaspoon of strawberry jam. This is one of those few cakes that I baked, which my papa will eat!

topped with a real strawberry in the middle. moist with home-made strawberry sauce. very sour because of the strawberry, but it is quickly neutralize with the sweet strawberry sauce I made.
