one of my best pastries - Cinnamon Rolls . love it!

the process of making it is really tedious and time-consuming, but the satisfaction I got from all the positive comments and the great taste of the cinnamon rolls just overpower the tiredness and sweat.

wendy enjoyed the creaming process of the cinnamon cream.

slicing the dough.. an advice - it's much easier and nicer to use the thread to cut the dough through

second piece ~

allowing the dough to "rest" .. letting the yeasts work

freshly baked from the oven!!! the cinnamon cream oozed out of the bread and caramelized at the top. the fragrance of cinnamon penetrate the air and filled our lungs with the delicious home-baked essence.
